Wow! I’ve been looking for just the right banneton for my Emile Henry baguette pan , and it is this it it. It’s almost as if it was custom made !Thank you!Great proofing basket for baguettes! My wife and I floured it up really well and covered it. Waited a few hours flipped it upside down on a baguette baking pan and floured it up just a tad bit more and voila! Baked and fresh bread came out the oven. Raises great, and with little to no effort the dough fell right out.I wish i got the longer one since its for baguettes but nonetheless great product. Does what it's supposed to do. Feels sturdy enough... Well feels like any other proofing basket and the covering cloth is made of a nice material.Good quality brotform to make baguette or Italian style bread. I use a larger amount of dough, half filling the basket, and let it rise up and out of the form. When the bread does it’s oven spring, I get a really large 22” loaf that is almost 6” across and 5” high. Good sturdy construction should last a long time.excellent product just as described, best value ! no where would I was able to get as low price as in Amazon.I recommend it very highly. The delivery was as described! I do continue purchasing my baking products at Amazon.Best price, Best product, and able to actually received what they advertise, not as other sites that you get just junk.Amazon does do its search to really get you what you seen in the pictures.I only do ratings if I'm really impressed or really unimpressed. Returned an 11" oval Banneton sold by BabyFoxy for poor quality and small size versus it's description. Rough rattan with a section of the rattan broken/shredded, several nail heads showing on the inside near the bottom and facing into the dough area. Description states the size: 28*15*8 cm. but actual size is 27x13x7 cm. Selected this thinking that it's higher price might be a better quality, but the less expensive one that came with extras, (storage bag, lame, dough scraper and linen cloth was awesome by comparison. 2 Stars for a speedy delivery only.This banneton is well made, impressive length and girth for when you want to really show your bagguette game.Juat make sure your oven can handle its immense capacity.Fantastic quality!
