I’m almost nervous to say how amazing it is because it seems Whole Foods wants to take away all the best foods. But this dough is great! Simple ingredients and organic. No nasties. It comes frozen and takes about a day to defrost in the fridge. It’s fantastic for calzones!!! The thickness is perfect! We’ve made Jackfruit calzones and broccoli calzones (by far the best)! We’ve also made vegan cheese pizza. I’m thinking a Jackfruit vegan cheese pizza is up next. It’s a nice treat! We are vegan but don’t like to use the fake vegan products but the cheese once in awhile with this dough really hits the spot. If they have the pizza sauce brand OTAMOT still in your Whole Foods it pairs nicely with this.
