REFILLS - Now that your candle is gone, what should you do with your bowl? Try refilling your candle with a new fragrance! Refill kits are made with 100% pre-blended soy wax. RETURN POLICY: We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used, and we cannot be held responsible for candles that melt from sitting outside. In order to receive a refund, product must be returned in sufficient packaging to eliminate the possibility of damage. All products must be unaltered (unopened & not burned) and suitable for resale. When we receive the product and ensure that the product is in the same condition that was originally shipped, we will issue a refund for the product minus the cost for the original shipping, handling, and return shipping (unless the reason for return is due to an error caused by the supplier).
