I've had to use some other brands in the past. Do yourself a favor and just get the best. A little bit more now goes a long way later.This is a much better product for consistency than the old blue RTV sealantsI use this stuff all the time because it works really good. This is my go to sealer.I searched local stores for this quality product, I couldn't find elsewhere. this is my second purchase of this product. I recommend it. It is durable and the quality is outstanding.Worked fine for me so farAlthough Honda calls for Honda Bond I bought this instead as it is much less expensive. I did seal the valve cover on my lawn mower very well. I had to remove the cover a few days later and it was much harder to remove than the original Honda Bond. It dries to a harder seal. I used it again to re-seal and there are no leaks. My only complaint is this was harder to remove the cover without damaging it.No leaks after new rocker arms installed and valve adjustment on pressure washerExcelenteCumplió su función, lo use para hacerle delid a mi procesador, pero me desespere y lo puse fresco en la mother board y se movió tantito, haha pero supongo que es bueno, lo recomendó uno de los youtubers de a los que les tengo mas fe de temática de componentes de pc y productos, el recomienda dejar secar el pegamento un día.Recomiendo tener cuidado al guardarlo por que a mi se me secó tantito, tal vez lo abrí mal o lo cerré mal (lo abrí a lo bestia), pero supongo que con las precauciones correspondientes se puede coacervar sin que se seque.Good gasket maker that I used for my 2007 Ford F150 oil pan gasket replacement. I went with the Felt-Pro oil pan self sealing gasket. I then dabbed Permatex on all 4 corner seal lines on the bottom of the engine block and it’s not leaking 3 weeks later!Originally purchased for LS valve cover swap. Great easy to use high quality product. Using it for alot of other tasks since. Shipped quickly. Product as described. No issues.Need it for stripped oil bolt.Clean the area with break cleaner,put a bead of Permatex around the leaking area,wait until it cured and put the bolt back on.Seem to stop leaking but time will tell how long it would last until I replace the pan.Will not work on gasoline base products though.Permatex products are far superior to most on the market. Works as designed.
