I previously reviewed these bowl scrapers for use on a 'bench' or counter. Only recently I realized that they are not made for that. So, I'm changing my review. These scrapers are easy on my hands and they work great in the round contours of the bowl. They are well made and I know I'll be using them for many years.I have small scrapers for dish cleaning, so these were larger than I expected (not a bad problem to have). They have some give to them. Seem to be quality items.These scrappers are perfect for my needs. I recently became in sourdough bread baking. These are great for gathering up that last bit of dough stuck to the bowl . These silicone scrappers do not damage the surface of my bowls and have the right amount of flexibility to move the dough without bending the colors are nice also .I haven't used these yet. Though I have used others, the size is perfect for mixing batches of bread dough and such.So sturdy when using to scrape a bowl or to use clearing a cutting board. Very easy to hold and super easy to clean. I love it!I love these. I make homemade bread and it's very hard to get all the dough out of the mixer. These got all the dough off the sides very easy and made cleanup much easier.Used the spatula for the first time today while making dough for cinnamon rolls. It performed just like its suppose to. Its size fits perfectly in the palm of my hand.I read several review before purchasing and the individual who said it wasn't stiff enough to clean the bowl was correct. I can't get it to match in anyway the curves of my mixing bowl. It tends to just run over the dough or just scrape up a thin strip. I have tried holding it from different sides and angles and I just can't do a tolerable job of cleaning my dough out of the mixing bowl. I have a classic Mixmaster mixer and my silicone spatula does a much better job. I am putting my scraper in the give-away box.
