Bought this pasta maker as a gift for my wife during a Prime Day sale, and we have been quite impressed with its performance, although I do not believe that ours came with a pasta drying rack per the current description. The accessory attaches easily to our KitchenAid stand mixer, and worked well. It is also very easy to disassemble for cleaning and storage. Would definitely recommend!This isn't bad. Once you get the hang of it pasta is easy to make for your family. It's kinda hard to clean however but I guess you can't have it all.This attachment is great! I have been wanting to get a pasta roller for a while and this one is perfect. We have been making pasta like crazy and I have even been able to get my kids to help, they think it's so much fun. Very sturdy and easy to use. Easy to clean for the most part if you let the pasta dry out before trying to clean it off, just flakes right off. Definitely worth the price!This pasta maker attachment works very well. Our first time making pasta went off without a hitch. The attachment worked great thinning and stretching our dough. We cut both spaghetti and fettuccini and both came out great. There was virtually no clean up needed after use. I imagine the clean up will be dependent upon your dough and how sticky it may be.We have been using this for quite a few dinners now and absolutely love itLove the pasta maker. We tried one that you had to change out the attachment for different kinds of pasta. It was easy but who wants to keep changing things in and out. This is a much easier attachment to use its all in one. Easy to use and clean.This product is well built and works as advertised, but not as simple to use as video shows it. You will need practice getting the dough the proper thickness and width for the ravioli maker. We had a lot of partial ravioli pockets in the beginning. The ravioli's were tasty and after trying this a few times the final product was very good. Pretty easy to clean too.Easy to useWe've been using this thing extensively on our Cuisinart stand up mixer (so stoked it was compatible!). Still working on perfecting our pasta dough but overall its a breeze to get nice uniform sheets of pasta. Minus 1 star however for the noodle cutters - they work but for some odd reason, 2 noodles at a time on both the spaghetti and fettuccine cutters do not completely separate from each other, which leads us to manually have to separate the noodles ourselves. Its a minor gripe however for an overall excellent kitchen tool! Likely will never buy pasta or noodles again as fresh made pasta/noodles are x100 times better than tore bought dried pasta/noodles. Having all the rollers and cutters in an all in one package is a major thumbs up as having to switch rollers and cutters would be a huge pain in the butt.Seit Jahren bereite ich Nudeln mit der manuellen Maschine zu - verbunden mit allerlei Akrobatik. Aufgrund der vielen positiven Rezensionen fiel die Wahl auf dieses Produkt.Insgesamt macht der Aufsatz einen guten ersten Eindruck, scheint wertig verarbeitet zu sein und die Pasta war in rekordverdächtiger Zeit fertiggestellt.Very happy. My first use of it was today and when I saw this review come in I thought I’d let everyone know, I’m very happy! My first creation was to make ravioli with the sheets and once the filling was used up I made Seasoned Fetticini. Everything is working well. I’ll be testing the spaghetti cutter next month. My only concern is how to clean it. I notice some bits of dried pasta are rolling around withing the spaghetti cutters. I’ll be looking up on how to clean that out, so I doubt it’s a problem. Very happy!At 6 or 7 thin - the cutters do not cut the dough well- but this is an issue with many cutters. SO I learned that letting the dough dry for 15 min and then pass it through the cutters - it will work much better. Otherwise sturdy and having the roller and cutter all in one piece is genial! BTW I use this on my Cuisinart and I secure it well with the screw they provide and it holds well - N.P.
