It's ok for sugar freeWe love our mermaid water in this house.The flavor is marketed as “tropical citrus” but unfortunately for me to me it’s far more pina colada flavor. I was hoping for that citrus taste without the carbs and this isn’t it. It’s not awful but as the song says…”if you like pina colada” you’ll love this….if you don’t…perhaps take a pass.I use this in my water with lots if ice for a great cool drink...can be added to Rum too. A little is enough.Just do it.I love these for adding to my water just to give it some flavor!I love so many of the Jordan's skinny syrups but mermaid is my favorite fruity drink. Great in water or club soda.I have been trying alot of the flavors and this one is by far my favoriteThis is delicious. It goes in my smoothie every morning.Tastes great and fast delivery
