I like this machine. It made a latte in minutes and it tasted great. The set up and ease of use are awesome as well. The only issue I have is that it doesn’t come out very hot. It’s a good temperature right after it’s brewed but it’s not hot so it cooled off pretty quickly. I don’t guzzle my coffee so within 5 minutes it was luke warm which isn’t ideal. I ran a cup of coffee with just water like it recommended right before brewing but that didn’t do the trick. I’m hoping that maybe if I run a double cup of coffee with water next time it might come out hotter. Or maybe since it was the first use it just needs a few more cycles. I tried to go to the support page to ask but it was unavaible. If the company reads this review I would appreciate any advice for raising the temperature so it stays hot long enough to drink it.***I microwaved the milk for 30 seconds and my latte came out nice and hot. All things considered I think the machine is worth it. The latte tastes great, is ready in minutes and the machine is easy to clean. I love the self cleaning option on this. It ensures the milk tank is cleaned every time. As far as durability only time will tell.It’s easy to use, and my capuchino is just perfectI love this machine. It is so easy to use and makes such a delicious cup of coffee! It looks great on my counter too!I've had this espresso machine for about 1 year now. I think it works good, nothing amazing and nothing terrible. I really only use the machine to make espresso though. The times I actually used the frother I found that my coffee was not hot at all, just slightly warm. Overall I think it's a good product, haven't had any problems with it.This is an awesome machine Brews just like some of the fancy coffee shops you won't be disappointed...Good quality crema comes out on top. Just wonderful..Very easy to use a very stylish on the counter. It's not overly big it's a perfect size.The appliance itself is a good product. It seems well put together, does what it needs to do, and looks good in our kitchen. Overall, it works.PROS- Easy to use- Water Indicator- Large Capacity TankCONS- Inconsistent Steam pressure after it warmed upSo for me, I have been trying my best to dial in the machine as best as possible. Using Fine Ground coffee from fresh beans, I can get it to yield at least double its weight as Espresso.If you're not a true espresso snob, stick with your old coffee maker and save a few bucks because you may have a hard time truly appreciating this machine's internal beauty, need for gentle care, art, and resulting coffee. It takes practice to make a good drink, but once you have gained enough mastery, it is so nice to be able to sip a fresh cup without having to go out to Starbucks or specialty coffee shop.The directions and setup can be overwhelming, stressful, and confusing, leading to user mistakes, like sending hot water into your milk or having rinse water suddenly come out of the spigets. It took me a solid 4 hours to get through the initial learning-how-this-works stage and a few times I wanted to cry and scream at the same time. I then forgot half the important stuff over the next few days while using this every morning. I suggest keeping the manual on your counter for a while and allowing a few extra minutes each morning to successfully work this before you become a pro and can brew an amazing cup and go. While the manual is written well enough, it does have gaps in explanation.There is a self-cleaning cycle, and according to the manual, use lemon water with it.This makes AMAZING coffee even when you don't know what you're doing yet. You can adjust the grind, strength, etc, but here is a warning about having such easy access to the perfect espresso: You may want another... And then you will be soooooooo caffeinated, you'll stick to the ceiling like a gecko.Although this is a great product and definitely needed for my vacuum I feel they are abit pricey for what you get. However I have purchased a cheaper version from Wilkinson which a paper bags.and they aren't as good. The suction doesn't seem to be as good,I don't think the bag is as air tight so I suppose the price reflects the quality in the miele productsBags are fine but the filter did not fit cat and dog Miele hoover. Very annoying so be warned.I used this product because I have a Miele Cat and Dog vacuum that is 2400 Watt, you can’t buy them in UK anymore but these fit and are genuine parts not copies, I will keep buying while they are still available I can’t fault them at allFit exactly and do the job they are bought for. No problems no complaintsHappy with my purchase & a better buy. Delivery was early & well packed
