Cut these to fit my medium Harvest Right Trays and that worked out perfectly. Couldn't be happier with this product.I used a rotary cutter & cut them to fit in my freeze dryer. That is what I paid for and that is the size I needed.15 3/4”x 19 5/8” is the measurement that they send.I wouldn’t have gotten them — I would have gotten larger ones. It’s dishonest to sell one size and distribute a smaller size.1 star because they cheat.5 stars because they work =3 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️These were exactly as described and work great for candy making and cookie baking. They only complaint I have is that they are very thin.I like this product but not for rolling out dough. I needed a mat that sticks and cleans up easily for my cookie decorating station and this works perfectly for that. I need to explain why it doesn’t work for rolling out cookie dough. The material is soft like silicone and it doesn’t work for cutting out dough or the process of flour and dough in any capacity. Flour doesn’t flow easily, cleaning is difficult and it’s very flimsy and sticks to itself. I don’t recommend this for that function but if you need a protective layer for any craft project this will work great on any surface.These mats are not firmly reinforced with internal fiber mesh like other silicone baking mats. These are far more flexible, but are very good for working with hot melted sugar or chocolate. However they can stretch out of shape without the fiber reinforcement. If you are looking for a softer more pliable silicone mat to create custom sugar shapes, this mat is actually preferred over the firmer baking mats. I store mine rolled between parchment paper so they don't stick together.I purchased these to use as mats on my workbench when gluing wood together. They are flat, catch the wood glue drips, and then the glue peels right off. You can purchase silicone project mats from a woodworking store, but why pay the extra money? I got two decent-sized mats and I use them all the time. The fact they are flat is great because they are easy to use with clamps. So I can't speak to how these work for baking, but for woodworking they can't be beat!Not bad for what they are. Smaller than anticipated. Ended up using both to cover my counter. Bought mostly for making pizza and rolling out the dough. Overall does the job, but smaller than I thought. Purchased another product that does the job. Nothing wrong with the item, just not what I was hoping for.These are good but they’re clingy. A hard silicone would be better for what I need. They catch all kinds of dirt dust.. cat hair and they stick to it.J'aime bien ce tapis!
