I use these to manage dough and the scraper is very stiff and will not flex to the shape of the mixer bowl. I’m 6-3 and 220 lbs and have a tough time getting them to to conform to the sides to scrape out a bowl. The price was right but I’m looking for something a little more flexible.I like this product and will buy moreBought these to use as a dough bowl scraper but found them a bit to stiff for dough in the bowl, but I use them to scrape up the dough off the counter and to cut the dough, plus I use them to scoop up chopped veggies to transfer to the cooking pan. Very glad I found these gems!I have used the heavy, bulky, metal dough scrapers in the past... these are so much more practical and easier to use / clean / maintain / store.
