We all do actually.I was sceptical about these because I was on a hunt for something easy, vegan/plant base that tastes great because sometimes you don't want to start from scratch you just want to pull it out bake it and be done... This really give me that break .. Love the flavor and the kids didn't notice the difference from other non vegan cookies. Family really loved it and will try other flavors soon...#1 FANFor the package and story, I thought it was a healthier option, but it is full of carbs and sugar. It is so sweet that I couldn't finish one cookie.I feel it is not bad, it is just not different than regular baking cookies and this is princely.These are good. My Feedback for the Company would be to make them less sweet and use real butter instead of palm oil. I bought them because I do not use most of the other oils and I am OK with palm once in a while. I especially stay away from canola and sunflower or safflower so I appreciated I had this easy gluten free option! I squish them down halfway through baking with the back of a spoon cuz I like mine chewy and a little crisp.The flavor is amazing and I can eat a whole package in one sitting. Taste great dunked in oat milk!I’ve had to do an elimination diet while breastfeeding my son. I am off the top 8 allergens, corn, and coconut.Now I will say after eating this way for several weeks, these cookies really hit the spot. However my husband was immediately put off by them (but he is free to eat anything including regular cookies madewith flour, eggs, butter, and milk). So if you are already used to eating “nothing” at all, these cookies are great. They are soft and chewy, definitely better baked vs raw. Do not spread a lot while baking. In my opinion they taste similar to how a chocolate chip cookie would taste. My husband on the other hand, definitely does not feel the same. So take what you will of that. I thoroughly enjoyed them and look forward to having them again.
