When I opened the box, and took the mixer out, it was very lightweight and did not seem sturdy to me. Well I shall put it to work. I mixed a recipe for one loaf of bread. Wow, I was amazed how well it worked the dough without straining or getting hot. Later I used it to make a whipped cream frosting. Yes it was a little loud, but I liked you can adjust the bowl where the beaters are able to do a great job. I have used the mixer also to make mashed potatoes, cake mixes, cookie doughs and other types of frosting. My skeptism went away. It is a machine to do lightweight jobs. Small enough to put anywhere. And I liked it had the aqua color to match my big stand mixer.Very powerful to be so smallIt’s good size and easy to use but very loud!I am impressed with this little mixer. Super lightweight and does a wonderful job. My daughter has one and uses it to make bread with! I'm using it to make creamed honey.This is not a commercial strength mixer but it works better than a handheld mixer. Very easy to use with great results!She cute! It's like a baby version of an actual mixer. But runs like an adult mixer. It's a pretty good mixer for basic use but I don't see this being good for a daily or professional baker. The lower speeds seem kinda fast to me and it also seems like it skips notches when trying to increase the speed. For example when I try to go from 1 to 2 to 3 it feels like it skips from 1 to 3 or 1 to 4. Aside from that, the beaters seem to be rusting already and I've only had this mixer a couple weeks. You should make sure they're very clean between uses too because cake batter gets trapped in them so I use a brush with high water pressure to get them cleaner. It's a pretty nice mixer for beginners or people who only need to use it ever so often. I would definitely not recommend this for everyday use but it does the job.When I unpacked this mixer, I was unsure if it would be any good. It is very light, and seemed a bit flimsy - which was not surprising considering the price. However, I have used it a few times now and my initial impressions have been disproved. I have used it to mash potatoes, 2 very dense cookie batters, and a few other recipes with no issues.One thing I wanted to find out was if it would be good for persons with limited strength. It would be quite good for this purpose as it is very light, plus it uses very little exertion to lever the top to add the beaters and fit the bowl underneath. I plan to buy one for my sister who has very limited strength issues. I’m sure she will be able to use this mixer easily.Well worth the low cost!!Considering the price of this mixer i cannot fault it at all. I bought this for my small business making batches of cosmetics/bath products. The bowl is so much bigger than I thought and is quite tall, which is perfect when adding powdered ingredients as they don’t puff out when you turn the mixer on. Even the slowest setting was good enough to whip up solid Shea butter easily which I was quite impressed with. There is an option to slide the bowl along the base with a lever, this isn’t something I’ve seen before but found it really useful because you can move the bowl to make sure the beaters catch whatever is on the sides. The stainless steel is really easy to clean and the design is lovely and very cute. It’s compact and small but still big enough to make a decent amount. I have even put away my expensive kenwood mixer and replaced it with this one because it is so much more user friendly and light. You can fit it in a narrow kitchen cupboard with loads of space still. It is so sturdy as well and the materials are probably better quality than mixers I’ve had costing over £100. I’ve also found expensive mixers might shake a lot and move around on the worktop but this didn’t even budge. I love this little mixer and honestly can’t find one thing wrong with it for the price which surprised me as I wasn’t expecting much for £13. I’ve seen a lot of people write negative reviews on this mixer (there are a few on amazon) because it is small but that is the whole point and it is ridiculously cheap.Such a great mixer for the price! ?Just whipped up a batch of brownies no problem! Bowl is far bigger than i was anticipating and compared to how it even looks!Plenty of speed choices and has the option of moving the bowl from side to side both to add ingredients and to mix the whole bowl. Always use a spatula to get any missed ingredients in my other one anyways.It’s really lightweight and small so good for storage ? comes with two beater types for cakes etc and doughs. Even comes with a book of little recipes :)Overall would definitely recommend :)I am extremely disappointed with this purchase and don't know where to start. The first one I had to return as it didn't work properly at all. The second one I barely use as I find it so frustrating that the mixer doesnt mix all the ingredients in the bowl no matter which position you put it in with the black toggle and as the bowl is fixed down the only choice you have is to take a spatula and constantly feed the mixture into the bleeding arms so that everything blends. It's such a waste of your time!! I wouldnt buy this product again.
