This fit my Cuisinart. I'm so happy with it.This part as the machine itself is the best in my experience. My first food processor was Cuisinart and after trying three other models over 45 years, I am back to it!What a farse. I'm out money for a dough blade, because neither on Amazon or on the Cuisiare site answered my question if a dough blade was available for the BCNY so I ordered one which can not be used with the BCNY.These things are not made anymore so if your old wears out your only solution is to find a like-new from someone who has a used one. The odds are pretty good as most Cuisinart owners never used the one that came with their unit.I love my dough hook. The dough hook is the reason I bought my food processor. As many people have said, the metal blade can heat up, and heat your dough. I make a lot of pie crust in my food processor. I love that it only takes about 2 minutes to make pie dough, which includes weighing out the ingredients. It is simple to use.I don't use my food processor to shred or anything else. Now I can make perfect pie dough, puff pastry, and so much more.I was afraid I wouldn't find the right one as my machine is older and smaller Robot Coupe before the name changedon't understand why this piece doesnt come standard with Cuisinart. Its a must for doughs !works great but shouldnt have to but this ala carteBuying parts blind is a risky business. However, this fit my DLC-10E just as advertised. Cool!!It did not fit and also I didn’t come with a return label so I had to pay 18.00 to send back
