It is extremely useful. It does help brew great coffee in a very practical fashion! And it tastes great. Fitted my Contigo mug easily. Having the water deposit on the back that you don’t need to remove to fill makes it way better than most coffee machines. The down sides of it are very minor: 1) it pours inconsistent volumes. Sometimes the cup floods, sometimes it fills fine. 2) it can be messy if you go over a tiny threshold of ground coffee.Other than that, I wish I knew this product before, hands down the best coffee machine I’ve had.
