Works perfectly with my gluten free bread recipe. I make it every week now using this pan. The bread comes out easily and the pan shapes it quite nicely. I replaced another pan from Amazon with this one and it was a good move. Just so you know, the pan has two breathing holes in the bottom. I bake with a 1/4 sheet underneath, but nothing leaks through. It makes the bread fall out of the pan when you tip it as it should. The dough does not cling to the sides or bottom, so I can't say enough about this pan: PERFECT!
